It saves time and gives you more flexibility.

If you want to meet in person first, drop by for a first conversation and assessment at my practice in Duisburg (BE).
The subsequent sessions and exercises can then be done ONLINE.

Method Lifestyle Coaching

What does a Coaching Program look like?

  • Introduction and initial assessment
  • Inventory and analysis of lifestyle factors
  • Definition of goals and design of a personal action plan
  • Working at achieving your goals and implementing the lifestyle changes in your daily life through consultations, exercises and assignments
  • Regular evaluation based on your progress and goals during consultations and email contact
  • Follow-up and support

Your customized action plan may include the following categories:
Healthy food & eating habits, food intolerances, physical activity & sport, stress & relaxation, sleep, family & friends, work & school, shopping for food, food storage, cooking, going out, social activities, holiday, pregnancy, growing & aging.

We will focus on your qualities and weaknesses, how to deal with difficult moments and the role of incentives and rewards.

Become more conscious
Changing an attitude and introducing new behavior is difficult and takes time; up to six months. I want you to become aware of what you do and why you do it. The next step is to make clear choices to be able to change behavior and to accept new lifestyle patterns. Soon you will start to appreciate them. A healthy lifestyle does not require energy; on the contrary, it gives you vitality.
